ADRENAL TRAINING FOR WOMENS SELF DEFENCE

 This is another older clip,First time adrenalin stress training for self defence,Nita had trained JKD for years but not experienced adrenalin training,you can see how she was initialy overwelmed,she became acustomed to the adrenal rush and also found the switch to really turn the amazonian.and use aggeresion as a tool,to increase effect,if she was using the correct breath as she struck it would be much harder,this again is just about training it as a responce.
