power slapping DVD OUT NOW

Slap DVD rundown
When I first started training for self defence my choice was the slap. I focused totally on the slap or "BEARPAW" as I called it, this DVD covers everything you need to practice and perfect your own slapping technique, going into detail of the most effective arm movements to practice for maximum power. When to tense and how to breath correctly. To the footwork for most power. Three different styles of slap using the same basic principles of the bearpaw to deliver some serious impact. With the diagonal ,vertical and horizontal slaps I also explain how the three different shockwaves can also be trained on the slap for much more of a concussive result. I explain the differences with the bitch slap and the full power slap, and the differences with the palm hook and palm heel compared to a slap. And the best way to throw close range slaps with footwork With examples showing some of my students training them and making the same mistakes we all make. with a drill at the end to help perfect your own slapping technique.

One inch punch party tricks

take alook at this clip
https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?v=489590287810768
Now im not saying theres anything wrong its a good wack, while it is unsupported, using the outside of the knuckle

it does demonstrate some classic dos of a good party demonstration

1 get your student to stand in an up straighter more off balance position no stance(falls back further)
2 hit your student right down the centre line(falls back further)
3 hit your student in the solar plexus(reacts more, falls back further)
4 use a phone book(hurts alot more than a pad, knocks you back more)
5 use a student whos not used to it or never been hit(more dramatic)
6 camera angled so you cant see that the pull back is more than 1 inch Ill sugest maybe 5 or 6 inches
7 keep talking to the student and hit him when hes not expecting it(more dramatic)
8 tells him not to tense, doesnt tell him to breath right when receiving the punch(hurts much more, more dramatic)
the only thing missing was number 9 a chair behind with a broken leg so the fall is more dramatic
