how to avoid a boxers fracture(clip) for MMA and Bareknuckle

Here i explain how to avoid a boxers fracture for mma and bareknuckle

of cousre this also means a whole level level of power heres  a session i had with donavon a begginer with a significant improvment

strikemate scientific measurements with incredible results for MMA striking

KINETIC PUNCHES MEASURED BY SCIENCE AND THE STRIKEMATE
25/10/2014

Tested on the strikemate comparing a standard MMA punch with a Kinetic MMA punch
Overhand Hook comparison
my standard overhand at 95kg is 30,000= 315cu per pound
my kinetic overhand punch at 95kg is 43000 = 453 cu per pound
That means the kinetic overhand hook is 30.55% harder than the standard overhand hook

Straight Punch comparison
My standard boxing straight punch was 14361 at 95 kilo that's 151cu
My straight kinetic punch highest was 23,800 at 95 kilo that's 250 cu
Meaning my kinetic straight punch is 40% harder than my standard straight punch

Ground and pound straight punch comparison
Kneeling to ground Standard straight boxing punch 6385cu
Kneeling to ground kinetic straight punch 9816cu
that’s 35% harder than the standard  straight punch

Stood to ground standard straight boxing punch 9966cu
Stood to ground straight kinetic punch 21144cu
that’s 53% harder than the standard straight ground punch

with the hooks at 30% and the straights at 40% more power, so if we say 35% more power/damage, that makes a huge difference if we take 25 punches over 3/5 min rounds.that's at least 105% more available power. To match that level of available power with standard mma punches you would need a whole extra round with the standard MMA punch!
Shockwaves comparison
Now were going to look at Shockwaves which are added to the end on the punch for added explosiveness/speed. With the same kinetic cross punch with different shockwaves placed on the end of the strike
Light  shockwave =15991cu
Deep  shockwave=22506cu
Ripping shockwave=37524cu
that means the Deep shockwave is 30% more powerful than the light snap
The Ripping shockwave, the most powerful is 40% more power than the deep shockwave
And 70% more powerful than the light shockwave
Again for the Mixed martial artist your looking at huge gains, for example the kinetic jab has 40% more power than the standard jab with a boxing snap or light shockwave on the end. if you then use the ripping shockwave on the end of the same jab that adds 70% more power to the punch by simply training this on the end of your jab. so with a kinetic jab with a ripping shockwave on the end your looking at an incredible  110% more power on your jab! hard to ignore that!
Those looking for an effective self defence will also find the pre emptive striking and open hand strikes extremely effective

How to punch 40% harder with your straight punches for MMA and BKB(finishing position)

After having the kinetic punch measured, the staight punch is 40% more powerful than a standard MMA(boxing) straight/cross.here are two pics showing the subtle differences in the finishing position, between the two punches.and remember the kinetic punch cant be trained in standard boxing gloves
by lining up the knuckles on the right tradetory to start from the guard, this changes your body mechanics between the shoulder and the knuckle more about that here KINETIC PUNCHING VIDEO PLAYLIST
