During my time training I have been fascinated with power striking and have discovered many hints and tips and even some closely guarded secrets to Increase knockout power, explosiveness and striking speed

The fixed thumb in boxing gloves restricts your power levels only allowing you to land with ONE angle of the knuckle. In mma gloves because you can tuck the thumb there are TWO angles you can use!
