review " I attended Karl's first class at the Insanity Extreme gym in Connah's quay, with my wife Karen, and we both thought it was really good. The gym itself is well laid out and equipped, and I think everyone who was there using the gym at the time joined the class to see what it was about.
Karl gave a short talk about his approach to self defense, and then provided a brief introduction to some of the striking techniques he teaches.
