This clip shows how most fighters punch with the outside of the knuckle and also finish the strike with their tricep,the closest ive seen to a kinetic punch in the ufc is John Jones uppercut at the end,notice how much more it knocks the head back than the other punches in the clip,this is because the part of the knuckle he hit with is directly in line with the forearm and delivers at least 40% more power
