How to Double Conor Mcgregors punching power in a three round ufc fight...part 1

Ive been talking for a while now about my frustration with the lack of fully supported or "Kinetic punches" in MMA and the UFC,with anything new to a sport things always take time to sink in,and well things are moving along Quiet nicely at the moment and momentum is picking up,so I thought id take a look at Conor Mcgregor after seeing this clip of him hitting bob bare knuckle.most of all it shows you how boxing gloves teach you to punch,it also shows the differences in technique, how boxers Don't hit with 2 knuckles. So I'm going to explain a little bit here about and how he can Double his available power over a three round fight based solidly on science facts and the Kinetic punch.
have a close look here you can see how he lands with the outside of the middle knuckle, that's 3 knuckles not two, lets look a a few photos.
in the pic below with his close range punches you can see how hes landing on the outside of the middle knuckle, just like you would swing a hammer, classic boxers punch nothing wrong with that,in fact He throws some of the finest examples of boxing punches I've seen in the ufc.but the kinetic punch the core body mechanics are different, the part you land with, and most of the kinetic punches are driven in not swung.that means it at whole new level of power it puts 40% more power on that punch! 40% is a huge step up! when fighters are looking for that extra advantage

here's a long range boxing and kinetic straight comparison on the finishing position, there doesn't look like theirs that much difference, but remember its how its thrown as well.

Now lets take a look at his body punches(pic below),and a fine example again of a boxing punch, you can see how he supports the body punch with his forearm, which does help but only a little, because of the slope on the three knuckles, you don't get no where near the penetration of the kinetic punch and that would be and extra 30% more power on his hooks

Now lets take a look at his ground punching, taking advantage of the kinetic punch on the ground can give you another huge advantage,so lets look at Conors ground punching he uses the same boxing punches on the ground, finishing with a swing not a drive and again on the outside of the middle knuckle breaking the kinetic chain with this punch here hes losing 35% in available power

standing to ground punching is were you get a massive increase of 53% compared to the standard boxing punch. lining up the knuckle, tweaking your body mechanics is only 50% of the kinetic punch, the other 50% is all in the refining of your shockwaves,

Heres all the up to date measurements, showing you how if he started punching kinetically what a step up he would get.and yes thats more than double the available power over three rounds
all measuements are thanks to Kevin Franklin and the "Strikemate"

and if your looking for an example of how effective a kinetic punch can be check out Bradley Scott's last fight against Dillon Andrew fight night 65,after a flush kinetic jab he thought he had been eye poked, this is because its a smaller area with more force/penetration
I know i didnt not explaining much here, but be prepared for a very Special post on "Why Boxing gloves are Not designed for natural body movement"
this will be an eye opener accross the board and change the way you think about MMA punching
part two with the game changing video is here
